台風第19号は9月18日21時にウェーク島近海で発生。台風第19号はゆっくりとした速さで21日まで西北西進し、その後、父島の東海上で速度を落とし転向点を迎える。そして、台風第19号は北から徐々に北東に進路を変える。台風第19号は21日以降、急速に発達する可能性があるので今後の動静に十分な注意が必要。
T-19 formed the coast offing of the Wake Island at 2100 on September 18th. It will move slowly west-northwestward until the 21st, then decrease speed and recurve in the sea east of Chichijima. T-19 will then gradually shift its track from north to northeast. There is a possibility that T-19 will rapidly develop after the 21st, so close attention should be paid to future movements.
