台風第25号は14日3時現在、ルソン島東岸約90マイルの海域にあり、非常に強い勢力を持って北西進している。明日は台風第25号はバシー海峡を速度を落として北上する。16～17日は台風第25号は勢力を急速に弱めながら台湾東岸を北東進し、18日の朝に八重山諸島近海でＴＤに変わる。そして、その後もＴＤは勢力をさらに弱めながらゆっくりと東進する。
As of 0300am on the 14th, T-25 is located in the about 90NM east offing of the Luzon Island and is moving northwest with very strong influence. Tomorrow, T-25 will decrease speed and move north through the Bashi Channel. On the 16th and 17th, T-25 will move northeast along the east coast of Taiwan while rapidly weakening in strength, and will become TD near the Yaeyama Islands on the morning of the 18th. After that, TD will continue to move slowly eastward while further weakening in strength.
